Project Development and Coordination

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, PMO, Environmental Management, Community & Indigenous Relations, Regulatory Compliance, Operations, 3rd Party Consultants, Governmental Agencies, Regulatory bodies, and Municipalities.

Prepare scope, design basis, schedule, spend profile, basis of estimate, construction and contracting strategy, land strategy, environmental and archaeological strategy, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
Cost Estimation and Benchmarking

Support the generation of project cost estimates/schedules and determination of contingency using the organization's tools and processes.

Compare project estimates developed to the actual cost of benchmark projects within the organization.

Compile as-built data to enhance the organization's estimate processes and gather lessons learned.
Capital Planning and Reporting

Prepare and assemble documentation to support the organization's capital planning, which may be presented to Management at the Director/VP level.

Work with the Project Management Office to transition information from development packages to the project execution phase.

Prepare and/or contribute information to department schedules and budget updates.
Meeting Facilitation and Leadership

Lead and/or attend project development meetings, both internal and external.

Support the development of corporate standards and practices for project feasibility and cost estimation
